Matt has been driving tractors since he was 6 years old, helping out on the family farm in the Bitterwater Valley where his family settled in the 1800's.  He's no stranger to hard work and has built on his mechanical background by becoming the farm's jack of all trades and premier farm manager. 

When he moved to Coalinga in 2019, it was with a desire to specialize in organic garlic combining his passion for farming with his wife's love of cooking. 

Lisa grew up in the country in a small town at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.   Raising animals, barrel racing, and spending time outdoors made up the bulk of her childhood.  She has a passion for growing her own food and cooking for her family.
